Hello, my name is Erica Mackay, MSN, RN. After dedicating almost 3 decades to working as a hospital nurse in Critical Care, Emergency, Interventional Cardiology, and the Operating Room, I decided to pivot towards a more lighthearted and creative path. Combining my nursing expertise and a lifelong interest in aesthetics and regenerative therapies with a passion for helping people feel confident and empowered, transitioning into aesthetics and wellness was the obvious choice for me.

Dr. Robert Peterson is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 40 years of experience serving the Houston area. As a highly skilled and respected specialist in the field, Dr. Peterson has dedicated his career to mastering the latest advancements in plastic and aesthetic surgery. He is a proud member of both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, upholding the highest standards of patient safety, care, and results.
As the Medical Director of 7th Dimension Aesthetics, Dr. Peterson provides expert oversight and guidance, ensuring that every treatment aligns with the highest standards of quality and safety.

As a licensed esthetician of 10 years and co-owner of New Era Med Spa, Tiffany is passionate about helping guests of all ages feel confident in their skin while making self-care and relaxation a priority.
She specializes in customized treatments designed around each guest’s individual skin concerns, goals, and lifestyle. Tiffany believes that results-driven skincare should never sacrifice the experience of relaxation, and she thoughtfully incorporates elements of a traditional day spa into every treatment.
Her goal at New Era is to create a welcoming space where advanced medical aesthetics, personalized skincare, and restorative self-care come together — allowing every guest to relax, recharge, and leave feeling like the best version of themselves.
Certified Injector
With over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, Taylor began her career as a hairstylist, where she developed a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Her love for beauty and aesthetics eventually led her to expand her career and become a certified injector.
As an injector, Taylor’s goal is not to change a client’s face, but to enhance their natural beauty while helping them feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every client and tailoring treatments to each individual’s unique features and goals.
Some of Taylor’s favorite treatments to perform include lip enhancements, Botox, and facial microneedling. She is passionate about creating natural-looking results that complement each client’s features while maintaining what makes them uniquely themselves.
